An architect who signs and answers.
I'm Rafael Soriano de Prado, a chartered architect with the COACV (no. 15561) and a graduate of the Universitat Politècnica de València, with a Master's in Architecture. I work in energy certification, administrative procedures and residential and urban projects — from design to construction supervision — based in Dénia and Ontinyent.
Architecture that's functional, beautiful and efficient.
I'm passionate about architecture that combines function, aesthetics and energy efficiency. I believe in sustainable design as a response to today's challenges: low-impact building, integration with the surroundings and spaces that improve the quality of life of the people who live in them.
I work with BIM tools (Revit) and digital workflows that streamline coordination and reduce errors on site. I bring the same rigour to everyday procedures — certificates, habitability, pre-purchase surveys: a single professional who signs, explains and stays with you to the end.
