What will it cost me?

• Everything in the Basic report.
• Approximate measurement of the affected areas: m² of terrace or accessible roof, metres of slab edge, window openings, metres of damp wall…
• Indicative estimate of the repair cost item by item, with ranges at up-to-date market prices.
• One-page summary by urgency: critical action, first 2 years and maintenance, with the estimated total of repairs.

A binding works quote, planning-legality analysis, valuation of the property or a recommendation on the purchase price.
